The location is great - quiet, but within walking distance to a supermarket, pharmacy, a tram stop and a major train station. Amenities were fantastic, a full kitchen (minus an oven), washer/dryer, washing rack and pegs, lots of heaters. The sofa bed was comfortable. Christine checked us in and was super helpful, she took the time to show us around the apartment and where all the good things were on the map (i.e. closest supermarkets, best Christmas markets for punch). Knowing we were from Australia, she had programmed the BBC world channel on the TV for us! Very helpful as all the other channels were either in German or dubbed over in German, and I wasn't able to get English subtitles despite my attempts!

Amazing Place

The place was great, easy to find, clean, comfortable and within a short 20 minute walk to city center. Kristine, the property manager recommended a delicious restaurant right around the corner from the apartment and it was an incredibly awesome place. Definitely would stay here again when we go back, thank you.

en general estuvimos bien, pero la cama principal era un colchon en el piso. no era muy luminoso y le faltaba lugar para acomodar y guardar la ropa. el equipamiento de cocina estaba bien, estaba decorado con gusto. la zona cómoda, bastante cerca para ir caminando al centro

Top 7 Apartment, Bechardgasse 4, Vienna

This apartment was a complete disappointment. It is listed as a "luxury apartment" but it was in fact the equivalent of a backpackers. Although my family stayed there for almost 2 weeks, there was no change of bed linen or towels. The towels were worn thin, the main bed was on the floor, and the apartment building was in a dilapidated state, with paint stripped from the walls and the masonry in need of repair.

Très proche du métro, commerces à proximité

Appartement sympathique mais difficile à ventiler quand il fait très chaud. Manque de luminosité. Par contre décoration soignée et moderne, bien équipé, quartier très calme et accès très facile à tous les points d'intérêt ( centre, Pratel, Schonbrunn) par le métro et le tramway proches du logement. Accueil chaleureux lors de notre arrivée.

Charmerende Østerbro-agtig ældre ejendom og kvarter. Veldisponeret lejlighed til 5 overnattende. Godt m ekstra håndvask og spejl i køkken.

Wiener Charme??

Bedauerlicherweise geben Internet-Angebote niemals einen wahrheitsgemäßen Eindruck. Das Apartment liegt zwar sehr günstig, aber in einem Haus, das nur einen mäßig gepflegten Eindruck macht. Das Apartment selbst ist ziemlich geschmacklos eingerichtet, die Naßzelle sehr klein, die Bettwäsche, wie offenbar üblich nicht sehr wertig, Handtücher von minderer Qualität. Als wir ankamen lief der Trockner mit der Wäsche der Vorgänger und wir wurden gebeten, den Trockner einfach zu öffnen, sobald er fertig sei... die Couch im Wohnzimmer war aus Kunstleder - es schläft sich nicht sehr gut darauf. Die Gesamtdekoration erschreckend. Nie wieder.

Vi var fem killar som bodde i en 6-bäddslägenhet. Modern inredning och allt är fräscht. Väldigt centralt läge. Rekommenderar lägenhetshotellet starkt.

Nice apartment in central Vienna.

Nice appartment with separate bedroom, kitchen bathroom and combined dining / living room area. Very close to the train station that takes you from the airport to central Vienna. It is a separate apartment in a standard block. There is no concierge or reception available; and, if you have difficulty navigating on your own it's easy to get lost. Close to grocery stores and transportation. Once you get your bearings you find it's very conveniently located. I'd gladly go back.

Convenient to the city and family friendly

We had a great time at this apartment. We are a family of 5, and there was space to spread out. The small washer/dryer was also a big plus for us. Christine the manager was very helpful and punctual. I recommend this apartment highly.

be aware smaller than looks

only 1 bedroom apartment for 6 people. the 2 couches shown in the living room turn into beds and the bedroom has a bed for a total of 3 beds. I expected 2-3 separate bedrooms for 6 people. close to downtown. to check-in you need to do it before 8 pm or charged a fee, and have to set up a time to meet the landlady at the apartment. no lobby or dedicated staff on site.

Super Ausgansort für Besichtigungstouren in Wien

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang und bekamen auch gleich einige Tipps für Unternehmungen bzw. eine sehr gute Eisdiele. Die Wohnung war ruhig und schön gelegen, die Straßenbahn Nr. 1 nur 2 Minuten weg und die UBahn 4/5 ca. 8 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufen war auch gleich in der Nähe möglich so dass wir alles hatten was wir gebraucht haben. Die Wohnung war ein wenig dunkel, aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und eingentlich nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken dort waren.
