Room were clean but out dated. The shower water smell like sewage. I book tour with them over price. No tour guide just some one take u to spots and rush u. Do not take tours with hotel. No Restaurants. Breakfast is basic.

Room pretty small, almost not enough room to put my two suitcases. Also, the room smells kinda like sewer from time to time. Can’t figure out where it comings from.

Family holiday

Great hotel in the heart of Vientiane. Short distance walk to night markets, restaurants, supermarket, and Mekong river front. Family room was spacious and loved the balcony during the mornings. Nice added touch with the breakfast in the morning with a variety of Asian dishes as well as western breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful with a smile. The only downfall was the hot water pressure in the shower where it either gets too hot or too cold and some minor renovation required in the rooms. But very comfortable and great location. Would highly recommend this hotel for families.

Large comfy rooms

It’s a good lovation with a nightly street market right outside the front door. I booked a large room, 500 sq feet, and it was great; full frig, sitting area, terrace. Modern bathroom with large tub and seperate large shower with excellent water pressure. A/C was also excellent. My booking came with breakfast which was a disappointment; no signs or labels for food, served buffet style but chaffing dishes left food cold. It’s not worth getting out of bed for. But the hotel can be recommended.

Lovely place

When we first arrived the air conditioning was not cooling down the room, so we had to use bandaids to fix it. The breakfast was basic and the pool was a little inaccessible, with hot steps leading into the pool. Overall, the room was fine. Be warned, though, they charge you if you lose your key or ruin anything in the room!

The room was great. We got one with a bathtub! Next to the swimming pool! The staff are nice. But the breakfast is not so good…I liked it when they put out the sticky rice! That was really good. And the coffee is really good too!
