"One night in Vientiane. Brand new hotel. The front desk staff went above and beyond for me! I forgot my backpack in the taxi from the airport and they helped me retrieve it! They booked me a driver to take me around the city last minute when I asked and they offered professional and kind service. Also helped me book my train ticket to my next destination. Breakfast has a huge array of offerings. The pool is spotless and long, great for laps! Would stay again! A special thanks to Mek, Paro, Mee,...

"The hotel itself was a charming older hotel with a large room and nice fixtures. The bathroom was quite nice and spacious. The surrounding area offered very little. We were only staying for one night and we ended eating from the Big C (equivalent of 7-11) on a he corner. The pool, though not big, was nice. The breakfast buffet was so poor as to not qualify as breakfast at all but the fortunate and surprising exception was the coffee. The coffee was satisfactory but that may have been good timing...

"Lovely hotel with beautiful view of the sunset every night. Only downside is that its a little bit away from the markets and centre of town, but tuk tuks / taxi's easy and cheap enough to get there. "

"Pleasant, honest staff (I left about US$50 in my pants and brought my clothes to the laundry - the $ was returned the next day with a smile). Had breakfast buffet every day while I was there dinner 2x and laundry = US$59, a bargain by any standard. The hotel is in a great part of town, close to the river and many shops and small, delicious restaurants, and local massage. Highly recommended. "
