Communication prior to our arrival was excellent via the Expedia app, as it was prompt and detailed. Arriving prior to check in, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Sylvia gave us excellent recommendations for lunch. The hotel is the perfect central location. We were able to store our luggage as we walked around Venice and upon our return our luggage had already been brought to our room. We were able to enjoy the beautiful balcony to get a perfect view of the Grand Canal and the Regatta parade. The breakfast provided was amazing and had a lot of choices, including gluten free options. I would highly recommend staying at Riva Del Vin.

"Had such an amazing couple of days here, staff is amazing, spa, pools the lot! The only bad thing is the air con is so old, it mad us sick after a night. And the rooms are connected via the vents so you hear everything. Maybe the hotel should offer earplugs"
