"Need an email with a code to open the lock box to obtain room key. I had to wait for another patron to open the box to get mine. The emailed code arrived 2 hours after I moved in. It was warm so we opened the windows only to be smothered by cigarette smoke from below. We could not park the car in the garage without the keys in the lock box. Lots of areas in the apartment that hadn't been cleaned and you could see the cobwebs. A lack of plug points for charging of electronic devices.
