Check in and check out were fantastic - smooth and fast. Some issues with heating/ac system. We had a superking size bed but 2 mattresses. it would be great to have mattress of the same size of the bed

I had the most incredible experience at ME Milan - Il Duca! The service provided by Jenny Rossi, Aura Manager, Sabrina Gallo, Concierge, Anthony Ardizzone, Head Concierge, and Gabriela Serranti, Front Office Manager, was simply outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out.Having traveled to almost 14 countries across Europe, I can confidently say that this was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The Italian hospitality displayed by the team at ME Milan - Il Duca, was unparalleled. Cant beat this location. Hotel fabulous, especially dining room ambience and view into Galleria, only downside was noise in Galleria late at night from people walking through because of echo in there….not the hotel’s fault of course.

"No complaints at all. Staff were friendly, the place was clean, quiet, cool (not hot - end of July trip!), well priced, parking was easy and it had covid19 screens . The only very minor problem was with the room safe for which the instructions were in Italian (and we don't speak it!). 5 minutes 'playing' ..."
