"The property has traditional Bali structures and is stunningly beautiful next to rice fields on either side terraced into hillsides. There are two lovely infinity pools, one overlooking the rice fields. The staff are lovely and welcoming. Balinese massages were great. The manager Doni is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for seclusion away from crowds and commercialism. "

This is a great place for staying if you want to stay around the villa and relax, there is no need to leave the villa while you are there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "There was poor internet access and not able to watch any tv shows for almost a week!!! At outdoor kitchen were infested with lot of ants.And those dishes were not even cleaned and stored away. Bathroom dirty towels were even reused in bathroom cabinet without changing for fresh cleaned towels. Also at nights, there were loud noises including loud music and conversations right next to our cabin. Very distrurbing noises thru the nights..will never use this resort ever again.."

"Very central location yet quite through an alley way to the hotel apartment.New building. Part of the building still under construction but the noises are not bad. Yet they want you to sign a form that say you are aware of construction noise and agree not to complain. Which did not sign and agree. Breakfast and roof top facilities like breakfast, gym, swimming pool and lounging area very nice. Overall nice stay with friendly staff. The room floors are not mob and dirty ( only negative, all other positive)"
"There were some internet issues and club music on Tuesdays and Fridays that’s why I left…but honestly now I regret it. The hotel had great spacious rooms and lots great restaurants around which is important for me as I work remotely. The hotel I’m in now is same price but much worse. "

The only negative was the dining choices. One restaurant which food was good but would have preferred some more casual snack items. This was also quite expensive.
Most days or evenings we got in a taxi and went to independent restaurants of which there are loads around. This was a great why to get out and see places and try new restaurants.
Location was ideal for us and felt secluded, safe and private when on the grounds. We liked being away from the busy areas and was happy to take taxis to these areas when needed.
Overall a very enjoyable stay"

They treat us exceptional and the service was just perfect. During our stay we received all the help from Devi, from the front desk, she help us in every detail to have an enjoyable experience in Canggu.
