"As acomodações estão novinhas e têm tudo que é necessário, incluindo itens da cozinha que deram a opção de realizarmos rapidas refeições. "Breakfast was not fresh and everything was cold. The airport shuttle is easy to find the location but it took more than an hour for someone to pick up. Driver was reckless and very rude."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely small and felt cramped, leaving almost no space to move around or store luggage comfortably. The beds were also quite small and not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. What made the stay even worse was the attitude of the staff. They didn’t seem interested in helping guests and showed very little willingness to assist when we had questions or needed something. It felt like we were bothering them just by asking for basic help. Overall, the lack of space, the small beds, and the unhelpful staff made the stay far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort or good service."

"Being a fourth-time returning guest usually earns you a bit of "VIP" treatment, or at the very least, some basic recognition. To be met with a wall of "no" regarding timing and a management team that seems to be playing hide-and-seek is a major service failure. They have zero flexibility with early check in and late check out."
