"Ao chegarmos no quarto encontramos 6 baratas, 4 no box e duas embaixo da cama. Após inistir com o funcionário da recepção ele trocou de quarto, que para a nossa surpresa não havia água. Fomos informados sobre racionamento de água na região porém o quarto ao lado estava com água normalmente. As meninas da recepção foram muito solícitas e deixaram a gente guardar as mochilas após o check-in. "

"Everything about my stay was excellent. The hotel staff were so helpful and went out of their way to find a member of staff who spoke English to help me. The apartment I rented in the hotel was super. Very clean. Quiet location on 24th Floor. And the apartment management company were great. They answered my every request within 10 minutes. The price I paid to be in the heart of this expensive part of São Paulo was more than reasonable I am returning to Brazil in a few months and will stay here...
