"It is a very lovely and charming motel and I definitely recommend staying there! Please do not to let my review deter you from doing so! The staff was very friendly when I called to confirm my reservation and the check in process was extremely easy. The location is perfect and convenient and the overall aesthetic is cute! I had a wonderful time celebrating my anniversary. Now, I hate to leave off a star but want to let the staff know that upon arrival 3 of the windows were not locked, which freaked me out, and it took my husband quite some time to get them all locked. Additionally there were fresh blood stains on one of the pillows so that was a little disturbing!"

"Great property in the village of Villano Beach. Only a block from the ocean, several restaurants within walking distance and a nice fishing pier. Property seemed brand new. Beautiful pool area and fantastic breakfast. Nice alternative if you want to stay on the beach near St Augustine"

"The AC did NOT keep the room cool. The breakfast was free but underwhelming options. The bed was clean and the TV has lots of channels. Easy parking "
