"Cuidado y con muchos detalles que en otros lugares ya no se tienen en cuenta. La cama era super cómoda. La limpieza de la habitación excelente. Toallas, albornoz, zapatillas de estar en casa, cepillo de dientes... nos dejaron cápsulas de café y leche una botella de agua y bombones de cortesía. "Miguel, who seems to work weeknight (3-11?) was marvelous. My daughter and I lost a set of dominoes (that had extreme sentimental value) and he went out of his way (& spent a good amount of time) to find them. With the help of a coworker, he found them in a room slated for renovation the next day. I was tremendously impressed by his good natured determination. He also made an excellent recommendation for a restaurant. Miguel is incredibly patient and very focused on providing excellent customer service to the guests of your hotel. Mary P McCole"
