"This hotel has nothing to do with “Boutique” hotels. Do not expect what you expect from a boutique hotel. Hotel is average at best and very minimalistic. Don’t get confused by the name.

"Staff was helpful and friendly always. There is always a taxi available outside the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained by cleaning service. I feel awful I forgot to leave a tip my last day!!! Please contact me if there is a way for me to pay them. Please!!

"Very welcoming helpful staff. Hotel was clean and furnished with up to date fixtures. Breakfast (excluded) was exceptional, best we’ve ever had - buffet with cereal, fruit, juice, arepa and eggs prepared to order.

was not large but very clean and comfortable. Very central location. Mall is 2 blocks away, walking in the area does require personal awareness. Only negative was shower water was not hot. "
