"The breakfast was not included in the room price. The fee was 7 Euros each. The eggs were cold. They tasted ok though. There was yogurt available & 3 types of juice and water. Cappacino was also included. There was a bowl of fresh fruit: bananas, apples, oranges and grapes. "

"Staff was wonderful! Sara and Stefania from reception both helped us when our trains were canceled last minute and we had to find rides back to the hotel and to Milan. Hotel was clean and beautiful and breakfast and spa staff were also welcoming and helpful. "

"The property was a unique, family run B&B. The hosts were awesome, very helpful and kind, Giacomo was amazing offering suggestions for exploring the areas around Lake Como, dining options and historical sites in the region.The property and grounds were very well maintained. The pool and garden was a great way to wind down after a day of exploring. On our last day we noticed our rental car had a flat tire, the hosts called one of their friends to repair the tire and escorted us to the shop to get it fixed. "This is my first time coming to this town and this place that we stay in it. It was in my opinion the best of the best the view, the hospitality and the warmth the owner showed to his guest. I highly recommend it to everyone. "

"Lovely welcome, the hosts are so friendly and very helpful providing local information to guests. Views from the hotel are great! Breakfast was served fresh in a buffet style. Fresh bread baked each morning was really lovely! Room was clean and comfortable. Quite a walk up the hill to the hotel but the views at the top are worth the climb! "
