"Breakfast was absolutely fantastic you won’t be disappointed, the rooms for the most were okay, we had an issue with our room the staff were apologetic and they acted quickly and upgraded our room. For me that’s what top hotels do. My regards to the deputy and his team they were stellar, and hotel always smells amazing, wherever we walk outside the room, and the decor was really nice."

"The room was clean and despite having no window (which we knew about before our stay) it was a pleasant temperature throughout with the Aircon. The staff were lovely and made sure we were happy with the room. My only complaint was the fact there was no kettle in the room and you had to go to a machine down stairs and pay £2.50 for a cup of tea. We were not aware of this, I've never stayed in a hotel in the UK without tea and coffee making facilities. This would probably put me off staying again which is a shame as otherwise the stay was perfect."
