The hotel was not clean...our room had used toilet paper..no clean toilet brush..there was fluff and hair blowing around in the corridor...communication with the one man who seemed to be working there was met with a shrug of the shoulders. Language barrier was bit of an issue but staff were very friendly to try and speak English! Had seen Google reviews about racism but as someone from an ethnic minority background, I gladly didn't experience this.
