"The lobby, breakfast and dinner areas were inviting and the food was delicious. More importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The underground parking provided convenient access to the lobby and rooms above. The only concerns were the absence of hand towels and some awkward light switches."

"Ok first of all you never told me we have to be there before 10, u only said to call to check in, and i did bit unfortunately when i arrive nobody was there and i stayed in practically in the streets and they didn’t gave me a refund, so i expect u guys do something."

"Staff is friendly, clean place but room was cramped. If you arrive by car they have private underground parking for 12 euros/day but you can also park for free around the neighbourhood. Hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the town center. "
