We requested a late arrival, on a pre-paid stay. I have an ill written response that it was not possible. I informed I would notify Expedia. I received an “ok”. I did so, and Expedia notified me, in written form that they had attempted in a 40 hour period to contact the indicated phone number with no response. Having lived in Chile for over 30 years this IS NOT ATYPICAL of business owners to avoid addressing an issue directly and in a professional manner. Expedia informs me that there will be no refund as they were unable to contact said establishment. Expedia is not culpable. The dishonesty, lack of professionalism, pitiful communication skills (I have his WatsApp statement at below grade school level) and indifference knowing it was pre-paid shows what he chooses to be. I do not recommend this establishment under any circumstances.
