Muy buena ubicación, personal amable, hay estacionamiento interior, y disponen de un sector para autoservicio donde puedes guardar alimentos, cocinar y comer. Mejoraría las instalaciones del baño, y pondría cortinas térmicas o black out en las ventanas.

Experiencia regular

Fuimos 3 dias, al llegar nos dieron una habitación sucia, con la cama suelta sonaba demasiado, el techo tenía humedad con la pintura descasacarada , toallas con pelos, el baño con conexiones en mal estado nisiquiera lamtapa del wc corrspondia, estuvimos una noche y pedimos el cambio de habitación, nos dieron una habitación más grande y en mejor estado, asi y todo lamtapa del baño estaba rota reparada con pegamento, el agua de la ducha costaba que saliera caliente, ofrece piscina pero la tienen cerrada y la ocupan para clases de buceo de un local cercano puntos a favor, el desayuno es bueno, la cercanía al lago, la segunda habitación grande y espaciosa, muchas áreas comunes de descanso, y el patio bonito, no es tan caro y esta cerca del centro.

Hotel muito bem localizado na cidade de Pucón, a poucos minutos de caminhada da rua principal da cidade. Precisa de reforma e o café da manhã é simples, porém se avaliarmos a relação custo benefício, atende muito bem pelo preço cobrado.

Did not stay there, Hotel did not have my booking 30 mintutes later another couple checked out of hotel, at which point , was offered accomodation, but by now reclinded offer, The car parking as offered , has room for 4 small cars allowing for unmolested movement, noted reception hold car keys to ve sble to swop carsabout as people wish to leave and arrive in cars, Hotel staff appeared very unorganised.

A estadia foi agradável, apesar de alguns problemas observados. O hotel é no estilo de construções de montanha. Muita madeira. Fiquei em um quarto triplo, bem espaçoso, com banheiro também espaçoso. Porém, era inverno e o aquecimento deixou um pouco a desejar. A água do banheiro era FRIA, aquecia quase nada (e estava fazendo uns 2 graus em Pucon). A internet no quarto era péssima. Só funcionava de forma satisfatória perto da recepção do hotel. Café da manhã é simples, porém bem gostoso. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, em frente ao lago Villarica e a um quarteirão da rua principal de Pucón. Muitos restaurantes e cafés a poucos passos de distância. Fiquei apenas três dias, então os problemas não interferiram tanto, apesar de a água do chuveiro ter incomodado um pouco. Pessoal do hotel bastante simpático.
