The view of the mountains is beautiful, the sounds of birds in the mornings, nice pool , Olympic size, clean rooms, clean bed sheets, good air conditioning in the room, excellent breakfast. Very well located in front of the hill bringing fresh cool air to a very hot city.

I have Stayed 2x. It does have a pool. But wifi is weak. Doors not secure at all. Tey should ask if you mind a room that has had smokers and pets. Breakfast is mediocre. They can do better.

Sucio, el desayuno súper limitado, no tiene para nada habiente tranquilo a la hora del desayuno, las áreas comunes: sauna, turco, baños, gimnasio sucios olores incómodos, las máquinas terribles de viejas que ni sirven no tiene implementos para hacer asepsia. Solo tiene la fachada del hotel y fotos atractivas.

Al momento del check in, la reserva no aparecía. Me tocó esperar varios minutos para que la reserva se viera reflejada. Por que si quería entrar antes o pagaba la reserva o esperaba. Me tocó pagar impuestos al momento del check out.

A trabajar por su prestigio…

Muchos años sin regresar al hotel. Es triste ver su estado de deterioro del que fuera de lo mejor de la ciudad de Villavicencio. Reconozco que hay esfuerzos, pero las habitaciones están envejecidas, ruidosas, TV demasiado básica, no hay opción de utilizar apps propias (Netflix, Start+ etc.) Conectividad nula; tuve que salir a buscar el router en la piscina para conectarme intermitente. Hay que hacer esfuerzos económicos importantes para recuperar su liderazgo. Positivo…amabilidad de la gente en recepción, piscina, siempre una sonrisa…con ellos lo lograrán.

Limpieza y atención EXCELENTES! Juegos cama y toallas : perfectos! Desafortunadamente parte exterior DE TODO el hotel incluyendo comedor : demasiado descuidado. Falta mantenimiento de pintura. Al llegar eso impacta negativamente. Aire acondicionado habitación y sillas terrazas: terriblemente deteriorados

El servicio es muy bueno, todo el personal es muy atento. La piscina está excelente. La habitación no standard no es como la que aparece en las fotos, es muy pequeña y no tiene closet y le falta mantenimiento. La zona húmeda y el gimnasio no están en servicio.

la habiacion asignada no era la mejor era una habitacion para persona con discapacidad, era amplia pero aun asi la limpieza no fue la mejor habia pelos en el baño y en la cama, no hubo servicio de room service cuando llegue la puerta de la habitacion no era de abrir normal tenia que correrla asia un lado cosa que no me avisaron en recepcion tuve problemas para abrirla por poco y quiebro la manija, de resto la piscina muy buena bastante grande la comida del restaurante muy rica y los empledos amables.

Los servicios brindados sin muy buenos. El área de la piscina excele te, la comida deliciosa, las habitaciones muy viejas (paredes manchadas, baño antiguo). El aire acondicionado apunta directo a una de las camas, esto es malo.
