Me encanto que las habitaciones y el baño estaban muy limpias, realmente en cuanto a limpieza le doy un 10 porque estuvo excelente. En general estuvo bien solo tuve un inconveniente que el primer día mi familia pidió almuerzo y la pechuga de pollo de mi mamá estaba algo salada y no se dijo nada. Luego pedí mi almuerzo pero mi bagre en salsa estaba extra salado, era demasiado y le comuniqué a la persona que nos estaba atendiendo y el no dio ninguna opción de solución ni nada. No volvimos a comer allí más que los desayunos que estaban muy buenos. El hotel es muy bueno solo recomendaría un parquecito o algo para niños pero del resto un 10. Regresaríamos y lo recomendaríamos

Fix the Plumbing So Water is Clean

Great place but they have to fix the issue with the water. First day it was normal, but after the rain it was like sewage water. The people that work here are EXCELLENT. The actual hotel is beautiful. The ambiance is amazing. It's just the plumbing has to be fixed or they have to be prepared to refund guests. They will keep your money regardless of what malfunctions. Not good business.
