Estaba todo bien, hasta que ocupamos la ducha, y sólo salía agua fría. Tuve que llamar a recepción para que revisaran y resolvieran la situación, pero en la tarde y al día ocurrió lo mismo. El estacionamiento no está bajo techo y da directo a la calle.

El lugar esta bien pero mucha regla, firmar documentos, multas si es que se ensucia algo, si se daña algo.... costo extra para dejar desayunó en la habitación..... bastante rasca eso. Al salir te dicen que esperes porque van a revisar el estado de la habitación.... bastante rasca siendo que podrian hacer lo mismo sin tener que decirlo.... bien poco estratégicos

Bien pero al pagar me lleve la sorpresa que el valor al que reserve en Hotels.com era sin iva, y me salió mucho mas caro que lo presupuestado por el Iva, deberían dar los precios con iva porque es lo que uno paga al final. No es culpa del hotel si no de ustedes, no creo que vuelva a usar esta pagina para reservar

La estadía fue todo lo que esperamos. - Buenas instalaciones. - Personal muy atento. - Buen desayuno. Tuvieron en consideración nuestras restricciones alimenticias (aunque el primer día el desayuno incluyó huevo y el segundo no). - Buena ubicación. Como anécdota, el segundo día había un grupo en la pieza de al lado haciendo mucho ruido (incluyendo la noche) pero bastó una llamada a recepción para que se detuviera.

Hotel nuevo, cómodo y en un buen sector

Es un hotel nuevo, está bien ubicado en un lugar con muy buenos accesos. Cerca del centro, de la playa y de centros comerciales. El staff del hotel te atiende con muchísima amabilidad, siempre dispuestos a colaborar. Buen WiFi, excelente limpieza tanto dentro de la habitación como en las áreas comunes y también un desayuno que cumple. Tienen estacionamientos disponibles.
