"Good location and dedicated service."

"Shampoo was not in toilet. Cleanliness of property leaves much to be desired. Air-con in the master bedroom is not cool. The kitchen has nothing, no utensils. The worst part is that the amenities, pool, spa mentioned in the listing do not exist in the building! I was told that you have to pay 60VND per head count to go to another building. The person in charge don’t even bother to explain clearly on how to get there. He just handed the keys and left in a hurry. This is an extremely misleading...

"We had a family trip so had 3 rooms booked. We had amazing views of the bay, surrounding islands and beach. The rooms were a great size, daily breakfast had plenty of variety. On arrival we were provided vouchers for a complimentary dinner which was a nice surprise. The beach is great for families as the waves are gentle. Can probably walk 30-40m out before the water is above your shoulders. Given the recent floods and typhoons the resort was in impeccable condition."

"The hotel is super clean , really nice even over in person than pictures online . Great location right in the center of the city , walkable everywhere . I would def come back here if I’m in Nha Trang again "
