"Overall, the hotel is okay, but there are a few issues that really affected the experience. The water temperature is very unstable—both in the shower and at the sink, it keeps switching between hot and cold, which is quite uncomfortable. Especially at the sink, the water flow is too weak, making it difficult to even wash your face properly. I hope the hotel can fix the water pressure and temperature control to improve the guest experience."

"Staff was great, property was beautiful. My kids really enjoyed the infinity pools and the movie on the beach was lovely. The room was a great size and we appreciated having a separate space from the kids to decompress. Two outdoor patios attached to our suite were great for meals and drying swim clothes. lol. Shoutout to Tomas at the pool!"

"Everything was fine. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the lack of sea swimming. The waves were too big and the beach was unfriendly. I wish there was a beach, of course, because people go to Mexico to swim in the sea."

"Staff were wonderful, very helpful and courtesy. The food is devine. Actually, the entire place is definitely a 10 out of 10. Worth the drive down a long dusty road. We watched whales, pelicans, frigate birds and even the Great Egret .. all during breafast, kunch and dinner."
