The check in was awesome. Very polite I asked for a room by the elevator and she said no problem. I’m next to elevator So far so good.

Family friendly, very clean and we always have a great time when we go. I love the live horse racing as well.

No pool access, gym was closed and horse racing was not going during my stay. The bar staff was servicing another restaurant and came by if you stuck your head into the doorway... asked for a credit or some incentive and was told there was nothing they could do or offer... wont be back!

Room was clean and tidy, customer restrooms were well managed and clean and the casino was great. Big assortment of slots and there was regular drink service and clean up personnel on hand to keep the spot areas clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

The casino hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious. and the staff is friendly. For a person with mobility issues, be aware that it’s a bit of a walk from the reservation desk, to the hotel elevators and rooms.

For some reason a smoking room was booked. Approached front desk and management fixed the issue. Very nice King no smoking room as I had originally booked - loved the room and the stay was fun. Really enjoyed the fresh pizza in the grill too.

Nice little start for fun
We had a short couples stay to watch some horse racing, have a nice meal and play some slots. The hotel is nicer than I expected, the Rosewater had great food and drinks and watching the horses run was fun.
