Beautiful hotel

A beautiful place next to Virginia Waters. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only down side was the room was very hot but very comfortable and well decorated. Even got a chocolate on arrival

Great Room & Service

The room was excellent. Comfortable, well equipped and modern. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The only downside was the quality of the food. It arrived barely warm and both the steak and the chicken dishes were very tough.

Everything you could want.

I have stayed at this hotel 8 or 9 times now , the service and the quality never fails to impress me. This hotel has everything from easy parking, log fire and real ales great food , modern clean rooms.

Surprisingly lovely

Really lovely newly refurbished room with friendly service. Very Comfortable bed and nice linen. Road at the front very busy but our room at the back was quiet. Breakfast was fine.

Perfect short break
