"Location of the resort is very good. Rooms are spacious, but need maintenance. Main pool, next to our room, was closed, till March 31, for maintenace. This means construction noise during the day till 10pm. We got a different room but this one was in a main corridor which means high public traffic and a lot of noise. Also this room has an internal door to the next room. Altough this door was closed the sound insulation was not present and we could hear every word or neighbors said. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good. "

"There is no spa and no swimming pools it’s been closed for a year why do you or they advertise this and show a beautiful pool on the website. That is Miss leading . And I was very unhappy that’s why I booked it to start with I checked out early because i was mad👎"

"The hotel is misleading on their beach side, rooms or room had no beach. The beach is artificial. They don’t disclose that at all the manager Jacob is very nice. I like him. The staff at the Kilimanjaro restaurant was very rude to my girlfriend, but you cannot lie about your beachside room saying it’s Beachside open your doors up to the beach our room at Valhalla 17 had no beach that was a lie you cannot do that that is wrong misleading unacceptable"
