"Upgraded us free of charge to a larger room with kitchen when our booked room was not yet ready when our flight arrived really early, beyond early check-in. Very helpful and pleasant staff, lovely relaxing vibe in the entire complex. Definitely recommend."

Staff are excellent; friendly and efficient. Very lovely garden and canopy of trees, shrubs and flowers enveloping the resort and rooms. "
