Great staff, great stay
We had a wonderful time and were comfortable here at the Comfort Suites. The hotel is minutes from bars, restaurants and boutique shops. At night the area felt safe and there are several dance clubs in the area. The beach is short walk and the local mall is a 20 minute walk. Service at the hotel was excellent, the room was comfortable, my only complaint is the bed was harder than I expected. The hotel also provides a shuttle to/from the hotel, though I did not know we needed a reservation when we landed. The morning breakfast has many options and is available until 10am which was great. We will most likely stay here upon our next visit.

Excellent staff. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping to the breakfast attendants were friendly and professional. The location is great. It was very clean. Areas for improvement: The linens need replaced. They were clean, just old. For example, towels were stained and pillowcases had holes in them. Also there was no coffee/tea pot in the room. I would stay at this property again because the staff were so nice and the location is great. Plus the breakfast was great as well.

A hotel that preach to disinfect and be prepared to COVID-19 have a elevators and showers that duty doesnt deserve no even 3 stars.... Poor conditions of towers with holes and stains... ridiculus for the rate it has been rated for... Ad says hotel provide breakfast but its paid and not good! I will never back there!!!

Great hotel in the Heart of Vitoria
The hotel has beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains. It is very close to the airport, tons of restaurants nearby, great for a walk on the beach, and safe. The front desk and hotel managers were awesome, accommodating an early check in, and super friendly. Geisiele is the star of the front desk. She speaks excellent English and is super nice. The whole team is great though. You will feel at home.

Good hotel not far from the beach.
Great place walking distance from the ocean. Close to restaurants and a grocery store. I recommend this hotel and it is great for the whole family too.

Great hotel and excellent location in Vitoria
Great hotel stay in Vitoria, best spot in town. I checked in late at the hotel and there was a confusion about my reservation being for 1 person and they wanted to put me on a single bed, upon showing my reservation they not only apologized but upgraded me to a room with ocean view. Bedding was really comfortable, good breakfast and great view. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is OK... But I realized some points to be improved. First, the corridor carpet smells, as if it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Most of the time the lights (of the corridor) were off at night, so I had to use my phone to open the door. The Wifi is absurdly bad! Unstable and with a poor signal. There was only one elevator working. The breakfast is OK but too repetitive.. nothing different throughout the week. And there was one day the power went off, so people we prevented from using the elevator for a while.

Room was smelly and dirty. Stay away... This requires me to write more info, but I don't have much more to say... If you don't want to stay in a place that smells go somewhere else

Boa, mas pode melhorar.
O hotel é muito bem localizado, o apartamento espaçoso e confortável. O único ponto negativo é que só há 2 elevadores. Um deles está fora de serviço há apenas... 4 dias. Ou seja, todos os hóspedes dependem apenas de um único elevador, então a espera é longa.

Razoável, só 01 elevador funcionando dia 01/01/24 causando transtornos aos hóspedes, não teve nenhuma atividade pela virada do ano, ar acondicionados muito fracos, alarme de incêndio ativando durante a madrugada, não compensou o preço com o conforto e a experiência, mesmo estando em uma habitação de luxo
