A somewhat big area, poorly maintained, my chalet was in bad shape, small and built with inferior material (Have photos to prove). On top of all that, it costs more in dollars than a good Disney Hotel such as Dolphin for example. This is a typical trap for uninformed tourist such as me. That being said, the region is amazing, full of nice places to stay and good food. Just avoid this place and you will be good to go.

So we went here for a getaway during our stay in Brazil. When we arrived found out that no one speaks english which website makes it sound like there is staff thag does. The room we booked was also right above the kids center which was very loud even till 10pm. It was also the off season so there was an incredible amount of construction going on around during the day right close to our room. The staff was excellent though. Very helpful and accommodating. The food was much the same each day. This place is great for families with young kids.

Foi Ăłtimo! As fotos nĂŁo dĂŁo a dimensĂŁo da pousada nem Mostram todas as atraçÔes. Estrutura Ăłtima principalmente para crianças.. muitas programaçÔes e muitas atividades para lazer. Comida boa, grande variedade e de Ăłtima qualidade. Garçons solissitos com destaque para a Iane, do bar, que eh um show de educação e simpatia. Pode melhorar um pouco quanto a acessibilidade principalmente para quem estĂĄ de carrinho de bebĂȘs mas nada que prejudique a minha avaliação quanto a estadia como um todo!

O Hotel Fazenda é realmente muito bonito. Chalé razoåvel, ficava bem distante do Restaurante, só conseguíamos acessar de carro devido a distùncia. Não fomos previamente informados sobre isso. A comida espetacular. O preço das bebidas não alcoólicas são OK. Bebida alcoólica prepare o bolso. Lanches, picolés e doces também, caríssimos.

O Hotel fazenda China Park é maravilhoso! Tem diversão e entretenimento para crianças e adultos o dia todo. Os atendentes são simpåticos, a comida é muito boa, os ofurÎs para família do centro termal são incríveis! Os quartos são limpos, e a vista é linda!

Adoramos as montanhas capixabas!! Hotel fazenda muito acolhedor e confortåvel. Não chegamos a ir ao parque aquåtico visto que fomos em junho e estava frio. Alimentação boa e típica, sobremesas saborosas.

O quarto em que ficamos estava muito limpo, cama confortĂĄvel, chuveiro muito bom. CafĂ© da manhĂŁ, almoço e jantar maravilhosos. Tantas opçÔes de pratos e nunca os mesmos, sempre inovaram no cardĂĄpio. Tudo uma delĂ­cia! Único ponto negativo, Ă© que o Wi-Fi nĂŁo funcionou no nosso quarto em nenhum momento. Tivemos que usar o 4 g da operadora durante toda a estadia e tv do nosso quarto estava pegando apenas um canal, mas nĂŁo foi nada que atrapalhou. Tirando isso, tudo perfeito. Com certeza voltaremos

Uma experiĂȘncia primordial e maravilhosa.

ExperiĂȘncia incrĂ­vel nesse hotel maravilhoso localizado na serra capixaba. Apesar dos 500km de distĂąncia do Rio feitos de carro, valeu cada quilĂŽmetro percorrido. Espero voltar em breve. De fato, todos os funcionĂĄrios pensam nos mĂ­nimos detalhes e sĂŁo todos solares e sorridentes. Todos prontos a resolver qualquer problema do hĂłspede. Um achado feliz e contente.

Decepção com o descaso com o hóspede.

Fiz a reserva com todos os dados dos hĂłspedes, cadastrei todos os dados novamente no tal check in antecipado no site deles, quando chegamos ao hotel tivemos q enfrentar uma fila enorme e demorada para novamente incluir todos hĂłspedes inclusive crianças, com endereço e n de documentos, tudo q precisar e fila na recepção. O chalĂ© Alemanha tem um piso inclinado a impressĂŁo que vamos escorregar pela varanda. O cobertores horrĂ­veis para um lugar frio no chalĂ© Londres. Em caso de chuva intransitĂĄvel para ir dos apartamentos aos demais dependĂȘncias.

A comida muito saborosa e diversificada. Pessoal educado e gentil. Boas atividade para garotada. Achei o lugar sem charme nenhum! Faltou um canto mais charmosinho, com uma iluminação indireta. Luz amarela. O restaurante era tudo ele em luz branca. Me lembrou o Sesc Mineiro melhorado. Não usamos os parques aquaticos.
