Easy check in, good breakfast and a nice room with a nice bed too. At the beginning I had a problem with the air conditioning in the room but in a few hours they solved me by setting up a room. I have no problem coming back one day.

You have to specifically ask to have your room cleaned, which we found odd. Breakfast was okay, but the staff wasn't great.

I have one night and added another reservation and I left to go out to the mall . But around 5 pm I got at the hotel and tried to transfer my reservation to Aracruz city or cancel my reservation I was able to play penalty for those options. Who where there went to a private room making to waining 15 mins and cow works says he is talking to the manager. When came he doesn’t says anything and I asked him he’s says is the same I told you no.

I was there visiting a friend who lives there, close to the hotel. It was a great location, very friendly and helpful staff. I liked the fitness center and the very tasty breakfast.

Ja conheço o hotel, estava ficando nele por ser próximo aos locais que eu preciso ir e tbm um bom restaurante, com opções variadas e preco justo. Porém, pela segunda vez, no check out, me cobraram por coisas que já haviam sido pagas, pedindo se eu tinha comprovante do pagamento, quando eu apresentei os cupons fiscais dos serviços. Extremamente desagradável e dispensável.

Recomendo para viajantes a negócio e turismo.
Localização é tudo nesse Hotel. De Uber se vai a todos os lugares pagando pouco. Fica próximo também de farmácias, lanchonetes e restaurantes, fiz muita coisa a pé mesmo. Só não gostei do colchão, precisa melhorar nesse ponto. Café da manhã simples mas muito bom, acho que é proporcional ao valor da diária.
