"This hotel has more of a bed and breakfast feel than a hotel. The staff was so kind, and they remembered my cappuccino order every morning! The location was perfect for us, and when we booked the room incorrectly, they quickly came up with another room. They were also kind enough to do my friend’s laundry for free. There is a hotel dog named Kira that is my new friend as well! "

"As a solo traveller it was great! Nice and busy area for shopping, restaurants and cafes. My only suggestion would be to grease the doors as the noise when opening/closing was bad. Fixable for sure."

"This is in the heart of Naples, so bear in mind, it’s a gritty city. Quiet alley like street. Lots of graffiti on the streets nearby. Very short walk to Spacca Napoli, one of the main streets to stroll through the gritty heart of Naples. Elegant dining room for breakfast though the breakfast buffet was relatively ordinary by Italian standards. Glad we stayed here, though. "

"Great location, very close to the train station. It was only about a 15-minute walk from the train. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, when needed. We were able to leave our belongings there, while we explored Naples, before our train left. Our room was large, especially by European standards. The four of us were very comfortable."
