"We all had bunkers- it was like having a slumber party and was kind of unique and fun. The best thing about this place is the location next to metro and all the meeting places for excursions. Just a few minutes to walk there. It was awesome this place had laundry and gym. Would recommend if you are just doing excursions from Naples. Not a location that is lively to roam streets though."

"We had a lovely room that was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we could choose our pillow type if we wanted. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was great as it had coffee making facilities in, which the superior rooms don't. The location was perfect for sightseeing and connections for train and metro. Overall a great stay!"

"It was close to most things but this area was rather poor and a lot of homeless near by. It was definitely one of the nicer buildings. The hotel breakfast was really good our room was ok it wasn’t as nice as I had expected. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There way black mold in the shower. "

"My tap was leaking on the floor. Hotel right near station buses, trains etc and can get to airport in 10 mins. Hotel felt safe once in room as I travelled solo. The area not so safe to go out in evening solo so I stayed in but lots of police around. "

"Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean. Quiet despite central location. Breakfast was very good - lots to choose from. Only downside was that our aircon wasn’t working which would be a problem in warmer months. "

"Feedback on behalf of my wife and daughter who travelled! They loved the area that this boutique hotel was in and as to the accommodation they absolutely raved about it. Clean, elegant and the twin room they shared was amazing. The bathroom was the size of my daughters bedroom (double room size). The check in was sea ly and the owners / hosts were so welcoming and courteous. Breakfast was plentiful and my wife mentioned that on the first day my daughter was tired but hungry and so she asked if she could take a few bits up with her. The hotel were plating up a veritable feast for her and insisted that they take it up to their room. Now that is service and i would heartily recommend this to other travellers. It’s all about the little touches!!"

"A really disappointing hotel. Despite booking a superior room, I was placed in annex room on the fourth floor which looked nothing like those publicised on the hotels.com website. The room was noisy due to being in the roof with wallpaper coming off the walls. Communal areas were also soulless and the general area surrounding the hotel was not pleasant. The hotel was so bad that an early check out and refund was attempted, however, the hotel refused. In summary, I would not recommend and suggest significant due diligence."
