"La Gemma was a beautiful place to stay. The host, Gemma, was such a lovely and hospitable person, making us feel welcome the moment we booked. She went above and beyond with our room and booking, walking us through maps of the area and events happening during our stay. She was also so kind and playfor with our 1 year old, giving her toys and making her a balloon animal. Breakfast was tailored and delicious. Overall a fantastic stay."

"Gorgeous 600 year old building right in the historic center. Great staff, gorgeous rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of Naple. Huge wooden door that closed at night for safety and for noise. Completely quiet even though it was a busy Friday night. Clean room and given a free drink in the lobby after 6:00. The elevator is very old and can only house two people at a time but still it great working condition. Would stay again. "

"The accommodation was clean, with AC, OK TV set. The shower is getting with fungus due to very interesting finishing. The bed was soft and ok. Overall was good, of not miscommunication and weird reception of us I informed that we will be with a baby and asked about accessibility. But the outside doors are very old with a small whole like for dwarfs, and barely push our stroller through it. Secondly, the elevator is super old. And the owner could tell us that we need 10 euro cents to through to...

"Clean room, high ceilings, walking distance to public transportation and tourists attractions. For the price I say it’s pretty great. All the receptionist was nice and helpful. "

"The room was very clean and the bed was fine (a little firm). They had parking in front which is what we needed for an early rental car return to the airport. There was a free breakfast but we left at 3am, so I can't comment on that! It is close to the airport. I can't offer information about the area because we only stayed for sleep."
"The location was excellent near the main train, metro and bus stations. Room is clean and comfortable. We opted for no breakfast but based on the menu - it looked great."
"Room and bathroom were very clean, however bed was not too comfortable as mattress was clearly at the end of its lifespan with several depressed areas Breakfast was lovely with lots of typical sweets .
Hotel is in a good area Staff was friendly, however they gave us wrong info re the voucher we were entitled to as VIP guests and we consequently could not use it. Although we are entitled to a late check out, if available, we were only allowed one if we paid extra.
However, this hotel is highly recommended.

"The ambiance was beautiful, loved the pleasant fresh clean aroma of the hotel from you enter the door.
The staff was very helpful, room was clean and comfortable.
Loved the access to the many options for food."
"The room was spacious and sparkling clean. The hotel was right across the street from the train station, which was a big plus for us. We were first concerned that it could be noisy but we were given a room facing a side street so it was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay there."
