We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour. When we returned we were showed our room on the ground floor which we booked as a family room with a sea view and it looked at the carpark. "Great staff and location. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent. You're not supposed to flush toilet paper down the toilet (older plumbing). You can't drink the tap water. "The accomodation initially had lost my booking, but managed to find me a room. It was quite noisy with school groups staying and in the room next door. It does seem to be an ongoing thing so perhaps request a room away from school groups when maling a booking. The room itself was nice and no doubt more spacious than the single room I had booked. Breakfast was nice. No onsite parking. There is street parking but it is extremely busy. Had to wait until quite late to get my car bacn close on the second night. "
