"The area in Vio is challenging. The staff was polite and professional. The booking did not show up and the rate paid for was not what expected. From the site it appeared to be a nice place and probably it was 20 years ago. The bug netting in room was not in good shape. AC was a fan and had to share bathroom. "All in all - excellent. Food was varied, fresh, and well prepared and served. Rooms could use a few more amenities like ear buds, hand towels etc. Safari? We were lucky and did get to see a pride of lions, thanks to our driver/guide Martin. Special shout-out to Naiomi - who is the service specialist in the lobby. Great job! "
