"We stayed to go to Disney (as do most people). The hotel is a perfect location as there is a shuttle that comes every 15 minutes (more on this later). The provided breakfast buffet has everything you could possibly need. Great way to start your day. The shuttle is a bit chaotic as it stops at 4 hotels. It can show up all ready full so be prepared you could wait 15 minutes. This never happened to us but did to some guests at the hotel at the end of the line. Also, if you stay to the end at Disney be prepared to wait as it is literal madness trying to catch the bus. There is no structure to queue so people are literally pushing their way to the front. We only stayed to the end once to experience. Wrap your head around the shuttle and this hotel and location will tick all the boxes."

"Shuttle bus was helpful. Outdoor play area was good for the children. Unpleasant smell on arrival at the reception area of the hotel. Definite wear and tear and a bit of TLC needed. Cleanliness was not good enough. Cobwebs all around the ceiling where it met the wall. Cutlery at breakfast was often dirty. Even when asked staff to clean table, didn't move any items on table and did a half hearted job. My daughter couldn't sleep the first night because she kept getting bitten. She was originally trying to sleep in the additional bedroom with bunk beds but had to come into the main room. For me, it did not represent value for money. We have stayed in cheaper 5* hotels that were far more luxurious. You basically pay for the proximity to Disneyland- this gives premium prices for a less than average quality. Breakfast was limited. My daughter's barely ate. The changing rooms for the swimming pool were closed. We were told a towel would be provided. We were given a tiny hand towel which didn't fully fit around an adult body, having to get from the pool back to our room with very little coverage."

"The hotel was excellent. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent too as it was only a 10 minute walk to the theme park. Check in and check out was very easy and efficient. The only very slight negative is that we didn't get any help taking the luggage from the hotel to the taxi and the doorman stood and watched whilst we tried to hold the door open and wheel the suitcases through at the same time. Apart from that everything else was superb."

"really lovely hotel; perfect for going to disneyland paris! i highly recommend. so many fun features. bathroom on the smaller side but to be expected, light under the bed that is movement activated but didn’t bother us."
