"The room was hot and I had to go down to complain about it. I was told the temperature had been adjusted and it would get better with time but it never did. I didn’t enjoy my sleep because of this."

"We booked NH city centre on a whim based on its location. We were delightfully surprised at what a wonderful stay we had and in fact , extended our stay there because they were so helpful. So welcoming, clean rooms and common areas. And extra treats like free Brita water, and sour candies. We took advantage of both and enjoyed that little extra thoughtfulness. We especially want to commend Elena. She observed us coming in, engaged us in conversation, gave us great recommendations. We looks for her each day and really appreciated how well she took care of us, throughout our stay. We would highly recommmend NH CITY CENTRE for a perfect location and a very comfortable, welcoming stay! Also the woman who greeted the breakfast crowd- I did not catch her name. She was delightful!! So warm, remembered people, accommodating and helpful in assisting guests with the breakfast area."

"Super good for what you are paying for, clean and tidy and close to pretty much everything. very helpful and kind staff (assisted with the tall stairs and our luggage)."

"It was enough space for myself and big shower room. There was food and drink served and you can sit in cafe. The bus 391 was a great service took only 10 mins into city centre."

"The room itself is simple, but nicely furnished. The desk is small, but guests can work and help themselves in the lobby lounge (24Hrs). The soundproofing in the room is better than comparable lodging places. I did not expect this to be a favorite place (in a quieter part of Amsterdam, thank goodness!)."
