Good

Located near tram station and train station, hence very convenient. Catholic Church located nearby and there are a few supermarkets within walking distance. Staff is very courteous and the beds are comfortable.

Great location near the airport. The room was amazing 😊

Difficulty to find food nearby hotel

Excellent location. Clean and functional rooms.

Room size was spacious. The shower stall and toilet cubicle were the most spacious of all hotels I have visited. The decor theme throughout the hotel was lush and comfortable. The free mini bar in the room was a good bonus. Location was excellent with easy access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, transport.

This is a very nice hotel within walking distance of everything in Zurich, 5min walk away from the main train station Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is very nice too I will come again!

The staff was prompt in responding to queries.

Everything is excellent except the bathroom door is difficult to slide.

Professional staff and public transport are easily accessible! Tram station is situated right outside the hotel and it takes about 5 mins to get to the main station and 10 mins to city centre. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good too

Hotel was well located, near to train station and shopping alleys. Nice eateries around there. Some areas of service could be better like drinking water in the room, tea/coffee packets in the room, fan or airconditioner in the room as I was there during summer.

The units we got were huge, 2-room units with a large bathroom. Much bigger than expected.
