"We had a really nice stay - only one night, travelling through, wish we could have stayed longer! One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The large swimming pool was very clean and empty when we there. Nice bar with pool table and very friendly staff. Pleasant 15 minute walk through the forest to get to the centre. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent and friendly hotel, enjoyed the swimming pool. Kitchen 1st class. Public transport in the area is lacking, so without a car you'll need to walk to station c. 20 mins or to town centre c. 13 mins. No problem as long as the weather is fine. :) Check extra expenses for dog beforehand."

"Second time we have stayed here. The location is excellent. The outside space and grounds are beautiful The staff we met were lovely, very pleasant. The breakfast room is huge and we enjoyed the breakfast too Negatives: it’s extremely dated and in some places it is actually shabby. The bed(s) were singles pulled together, not fastened, so they separated if you turned over during the night. The beds also had very ill fitting toppers on them which also moved.
