"The hotel was amazing...simply top notch. From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the setting to the food, we could not have wished for anything better. Went with 3 friends and I would love to go back with my husband. Sooo beautiful and serene and again, the staff made this one of our best resort stays to date."

"We spent one night only and it was the perfect location in the center of Vulcano, close to the shops, the port and the start of the trail to the crater. Our room was very clean and gave on the very cute porch of the hotel. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we had a nice chat with him. He recommended a couple of places for us to have dinner. We were not rushed to check-out after we came back from our morning hike the next day. A great place to stay, in my opinion."

"Bel ensemble de petites maisons, dans un beau jardin. Très bien situé, au calme, proche d'une pizzeria, de 2 boulangeries, d'un café, et aussi d'un excellent restaurant ("Malvasia e pane cunzato", un peu plus loin dans la rue des Eucalyptus) Douches extérieures très agréables. Climatisation dans la chambre appréciée. Accueil sympathique et chaleureux. Antonio était aux petits soins et est venu nous chercher au port. Le centre de Vulcano et les plages sont proches à pied, mais je recommande...

"Loved it so much we already plan to come back. Everyone so friendly and kind and helpful, best service with smile and always happy to help. The grounds are perfect, with space to chill and direct access to the beach with thermal water. Breakfast delicious, room very nice with sea view. A bit noisy from the port but we did not mind it. It was so beautiful to watch the vulcano above us. Eros made us to fall in love with this place."

"Ci hanno fatto aspettare fino alle 15 in in altra struttura , dopo entriamo in camere non preparate con le docce piene di animaletti non pulite ,senza asciugamano ,senza acqua nel frigo la tv non funzionava , penso don debba dire altro "

"This was a very good hotel with a lovely swimming pool and the added bonus of a jacuzzi. Cleanliness was excellent with rooms being serviced daily to a high standard. Breakfast was good and all staff friendly and welcoming. The complimentary shuttle bus to the port was a nice extra."
