Nice, clean, good services from the staff. We got an upgrade to top floor with the best view. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Free shuttle bus ride from and to Saigon. Although we enjoy the free ride from and to Saigon, the bus is too old it was squeaky the whole time. If you’re hoping to swim in the ocean you’ll be disappointed, the water is not all clear or clean. However, the pool is very nice.

Huynh at the front desk of Level was helpful and very knowledgeable about the property. She was right about my room having a great view. I almost changed room base on their rendering on the map. She kept reassuring me that the view is very good. I'm glad i didn't change room, end up with a great stay. Good to see someone (Huynh) who knows the product they are selling.

We had a pleasant stay at Melia Villa overall. The staff at the Residence Suite was excellent — very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. They truly made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. However, due to the low number of Villa guests during our stay, the Villa breakfast area was closed. As a result, all guests had to use the main breakfast area, which became very crowded and less relaxing than expected. While we understand the operational decision, it did affect the overall breakfast experience. That said, the service from the staff remained outstanding, and we still enjoyed our stay.
