"An excellent hotel. Located on the edge of the old town with restaurants and supermarket near by. Step away from Metro and trams. However, this hotel is big and hosted many people. Breakfast was ok but not very impressive. Is a good choice if you could get it at a sale price, otherwise, it can be pricey."

"Our room had a 400 year old painting above the bed which was amazing. However, if you turned the lights off, the air conditioning also turned off because it was all connected with extension cords. The bathroom could also use an update. The water pressure caused the shower head to not be in direct path of the shower and made showering not an exquisite experience."

"House keeping was hit and miss, sometimes items were replaced sometimes they weren’t, we had two seperate occasions where cleaning items were left in the room and the floors were a bit dirty"

"The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was exceptional. Especially Nikola and Wella the two front desk personnel they were very kind very very helpful K+K is represented well by these two ladies."

"Excellent location and hotel, but an awkward issue with undisclosed service fees We had a very pleasant stay at the Iron Gate Hotel & Suites. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Prague, making it very easy to walk to the main sights, restaurants, and attractions. Our room was excellent: comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and good quality. The only negative experience was at checkout. A service fee was added to our bill that had not been disclosed to us beforehand. We had to point this out and ask for it to be removed. The hotel did remove the charge, which we appreciated, but it was awkward that guests have to notice and challenge a fee that was not clearly disclosed. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it, but I hope management will make all charges completely transparent to guests in the future. That would make an otherwise excellent experience even better."
