"It was a great location. Although the rooms were small, they had everything we needed."

"The hotel is in a great spot by the 9/11 memorial and Oculus for transport links and the rooftop bar on the 20th floor has amazing views over the memorial and the nearby skyscrapers, it looked amazing at night with all the lights, loved the views from the open terrace too. I loved my stay there and the room was a decent size and the bed was super comfy also loved the fact you could help yourself to tea, coffee and chilled water at any time in the lobby, available 24/7. I had breakfast and dinner in the rooftop bar, the food was delicious but very expensive in my opinion for the portion size. Some of the staff at the hotel had a typical impatient New Yorker attitude which in the UK would be deemed rude but I know its just the way they are. I wont take the excuse that its the fast paced lifestyle when it was just me there when I needed help, I felt awkward and uncomfortable for asking sometimes. In spite of this, I would still highly recommend the hotel and would stay again but think the customer service could be better."

"Clean room and property, the staff were friendly, and the space was great to stay for a weekend. I wish there was a shampoo/conditioner set either in addition or in lieu of the hair wash. I also wish there was hand and body lotion, similar to other properties I’ve stayed at. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in a wonderful area! Highly recommend."
