"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my stay in Krakow. The cleanliness stood out immediately—both the rooms and common areas were spotless and very well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic as well. It’s close to key attractions, dining options, and public transportation, making it very easy to explore the city without hassle. The facilities overall were impressive, offering everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The only minor concern was the parking situation. It wasn’t entirely clear whether enough parking was available, and at times it felt like space might be limited. Not a major issue, but something worth noting for travelers arriving by car. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel was very very good. The only one issue was, the room was very hot. There was no way we could cool it even with opening the windows. "

"Hotel is very good with respect to location, room features and cleanliness. The only issue was the lift being out of service for the duration of our 3-night stay. With our room being located on the 4th floor, the stairs were hard work to negotiate and we were in good health. May have been a problem for more elderly or infirm guests."

"B&B Centrum is an excellent place to stay when visiting Krakow Old Town. All the staff where first class they couldn't do enough for you. We were there for 3 days and 2 nights and there were different reception staff on each occasion, but all were excellent. Was a small selection of items to purchase if needed, IE water, snacks, sweets. Their breakfast is first class, the selection would suit all tastes from hot food to cold. There was always ample amount of choice plus they always restocked. Highly recommend the breakfast. One of the best from our many stays in Europe. The location is also excellent to visit the many sites, which can easily be done on foot. Transport is convenient with buses and trams, which are right outside the hotel. A cafe is just across the road too."
