"The room was very clean and I loved the partial ocean view. Tamara checked me in and was very kind and helpful. My plans had completely changed so I was a bit down. Not only did she listen to me, she added a credit to my room to enjoy dinner. It was truly kind and a phenomenal display of customer service. "

"This was our 2nd stay in about a years time. Our last stay, hotel was under renovations so we did not see the lobby or the pool area. This time, renovations are completed and the hotel looks nice! The pool area and cabana were also very clean and inviting! Would stay in this hotel again. Great location!! Right next to the newly opened Target and the international marketplace and also to Waikīkī beach!! Room was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly in the Hawaii weather! Bathroom was spacious and clean. Special shout out to Angie who checked us in and Jessica, our housekeeper. They were both very helpful and accommodating! Thanks! "
