Matteo who welcomed us at breakfast was really friendly and helpful telling us everything we needed to know and the food was lovely, The hotel is really central for exploring Bath with everything within walking distance. Great trip."

"Lovely hotel, Some staff very welcoming - the bar man and the waiter at breakfast went above and beyond. The room however was very warm and we could not get the air conditioning to work - even with the window open it was unbearable. The bathroom sink was a bit limescaley for my liking in what is classed as a high quality hotel. Overall the stay was lovely"

"Interestingly designed rooms, very compact but well thought out through. Like the technology of switching. Comfortable bed and quality linen. Blackout blinds were amazing. Really good shower too. Nothing to complain about."

"They really need to change the beds and improve the food in the kitchen. Breakfast was better than the evening meal. Not being able to sleep well due to a shockingly poor bed is unacceptable."
