"The hotel was larger than I anticipated, which was a nice surprise since space is a premium in Hawai'i. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great. It is situated right between Ala Moana and the heart of Waikiki. Going in either direction, you can find restaurants and beaches. I would definitely stay there again if I return."

"This is our first choice to stay at in Kapolei. Regardless the reason family or business when on island.We enjoy the balcony suites,to relax on after a long.The convinces of a table in room to enjoy a quick snack on.The wonderful breakfast with a omelet station,but will fry up a sunny egg for you,or just sauté some onions,mushrooms or spinach on side.The friendly attentive staff in the dining room.To the front lobby when call down needing or looking for something. We just love it here. Thank you for the wonder service your team do daily. Great Service."

"I liked staying at the four seasons. There are lot to love about that property - ocean, pools, dining and so on. I have 2 minor complaints though: * Privacy/sound insulation, while good and wasn't an issue could be improved. Most notably is the door has some space let's sound in. * Spa. We had couples massage and while massage was good room itself could be better. I was at Four Seasons Palo Alto SPA and I liked it better there. "

"Room was spotless, view was of the marina and ocean but not fireworks. Room service daily was lovely, girl was quiet lots of shops onsite. Free ice cream and water tickets provided daily. Great location!"
