"I booked this two bedroom, 2.5 bath at the last minute since our house lost power due to Lala and we had family coming in from out of state. It was wonderful to have electricity and air conditioning for the guests traveling with an infant. The unit was nice although it is sporting its original 2003 furnishings and decor. The beds were okay, but noisy. The primary suite TV would turn on randomly. The washer and dryer worked great for the first few days and then stopped. No biggie, we didnโt need to do anymore laundry. Both issues were reported to maintenance upon our check out and they were receptive to the alert. The pool was great and the complex was nice and quiet. The location in Waikoloa Beach is so convenient to shopping and restaurants. The price point was great for us for a last minute reprieve from hurricane outages, but if I was on a vacation and paying full price, this probably wouldnโt count as a โhigh endโ tropical vacation experience."

"Our unit was immaculate. Super clean, newly painted, all new appliances including fridge, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in the unit. Large kitchen, full dining table and living room area with sofa and multiple chairs around a coffee table. Every room has a tv. There is a market next to the property so you can get your groceries and cook all of your meals. Recommend getting an upper floor with a golf course view."

"We had a great stay in condo 4E. Very roomy very clean. The grounds are beautiful. One of the best sunsets of my trip was by the pool. Asked for someone to come fix my patio light but that didn't happen. Overall great time and would recommend."
