"I was greated with the great Hawaiian spirit when I arrived. It was easy to get my key to my room. I was so happy that the staff made it easy for me. It was also nice for them to tell me about the town and how the bridge got washed out just a week prior to me showing up. I would say though the internet did go out alot on my day that I was leaving but I was able to manage. "

"I don't usually leave reviews but since I agonized over our hotel choice for Kauai, one would be useful! First off, we loved the location, it was close to the airport so we didn't have to travel far on arrival. In spite of this, we didn't hear a lot of noise from planes and the property felt peaceful. The location made driving to both ends of the island convenient. The shuttles were a nice touch and we felt so relaxed not having to worry about transport to the airport. The pool is so large that it never felt crowded even though part of it was blocked off for construction. The hotel was recently updated so pulling up to the entrance looked impressive. All rooms faced the ocean which was a nice touch and looked both clean and modern. Our room was also so spacious so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other for a week. The restaurants were EXCELLENT, especially the sushi restaurant. It was so convenient to be able to go downstairs for good food whenever we were too tired to go out. All of the restaurants had great food, in comparison we ate at the Grand Hyatt restaurants twice on this trip and the food there was both exorbitantly expensive and lackluster. The staff throughout the property were all very nice and accommodating. After a long flight from the mainland it was great to be greeted by someone cordial and seemed happy to help. My bf was a little hesitant about the price but we both agreed that it was worth it! "

"Holoholo grill staff was upbeat and friendly. Pool staff was accomodating and happy. Security even ran us a couple of new keys after we locked ourselves out of our room, with a smile on their face! We will definetly be returning to this laid back resort. Thank you."

"The place is incredible and very well located! It is walking distance to food trucks, gift shops and rec parks. Also located in the middle of north shore and south shore towns. Coral Reef is also just steps away from the beach!"
