Everyting was exceptional! From vallet parking and bag service on arrival, to easy check in, great advice and recomendations right through to checkout. We were only there overnight but it was a great experience. Staff were so friendly and helpful, Rooms were clean, cozy, comfortable a d location was amazing and close to stores fold and shopping. Wpuld defknawy recommend.

Retro vibe of the Ohtel. It is like a home away from home.
Just a heads up if you are a light sleeper, dont book a room on the street side of the hotel. Music from viaduct is very loud.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, albeit too short! We had the suite which not only had the 2 beds we hoped for, but a wonderful living space and a huge bathroom! The bathrobes and slippers were the icing on the cake! Thanks for wonderful service and accommodation - we highly recommend!
